July Traffic Report
July was a great follow up to June with eight boats sold.
While we are still busy this month it is clear the traffic is starting to slow down somewhat with the corresponding end of summer and start of school.
Buyers are still there but the number of actual views is somewhat reduced.
All that said we still hope to sell your boat this month!
Sorry for the delay in providing you with our monthly traffic report. We received the following report from the new owner of Yachtworld.
Reports Maintenance Update:
In July 2017, Boats Group began using Google Analytics 360 to drive our performance reporting. It has come to our attention that during that transition, listing page views, impressions, website referrals, boat saves, and map views began to report incorrectly. Our teams are working diligently to restore these metrics to full working order.
All other connections, including email leads and phone leads, were not impacted during this transition, and the information is accurate and ready for use. As of August 1, listing page views are now reporting accurately.
We expect to have the remaining metrics corrected by August 15.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this maintenance.
We hope YachtWorld will improve the product we have to offer you. In the meantime, we are always searching for new MLS to advertise your boat. As the largest in the industry, we know we have to continue using their services.
Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales is very pleased to have two high school students now working with us to assist our services for you. We hope you will see them around our office at Sailfish Marina.
Matt Furcron is a junior at Jensen Beach High School. He is an avid boater with his family and enjoys tennis and music. Matt is focused on helping our brokers in the day to day operation of Yachtcloser and in listing and closing vessels. He also keeps our advertising up-to-date on Facebook and our Dock Boards. We hope Matt will be with us through his high school years.
Julia Surgeont is a student at Clark Advanced Learning Center in Stuart. While a senior at Clark, she's also dual enrolled at Indian River State College working towards her Asssociate's Degree. She will also be completing an Internship with us in the spring. Her focus will be on helping us acquire additional inventory as well as implement our Instagram application. We are beginning to use Instagram as a way for buyers to first know about our newest listings.
Follow us on Instagram @ManateePocketYachtSales and tell your tech-savy friends to do the same.
Again, we apologize for our delayed monthly traffic report inadvertently caused by Yachtworld's procedural change.
Best to you,
Licensed Florida Yacht Broker
