- Anchor locker was totally removed and a new deeper fiberglass locker built with two drains converging Y to portside unique drain. A new lid was built, divided in two, the rear segment reinforced to receive the windlass at new correct position. 2020
- Windlass serviced by disassembling, adjusting and oiling inside mechanism; it was installed at reinforced fixed proximal half anchor lock lid. 2020
- Bimini stainless was moved toward stern 12 inches and installed at that position, no more impairing main sail winches to work with handle. 2022
- Companionway refitted with new acryl rail, bolts and hardwood. 2020

- Main traveler was serviced renewing new bolts and sealing (4200 3M non-permanent sealant). 2022

- Mast was unsteped in September 2020. Boom, spreaders, winches, bolts and stainless parts were removed. Antenna and lights removed. Old paint sanded out with 180 grain and 2 coats of Pettit EZprime correctly applied on all surface. Then 3 coats of Pettit EZpoxy to finish. Boom and spreaders were painted with same primer and paint. Spreaders end receive a new leather protection. 2021
