Owners' Comments
"Maggie" is a great sailing boat for a shorthanded or single handed operation. The in-boom furling main as well as furling genoa and staysail mean that raising and lowering sails is a breeze. All sail controls are easily accessed safely from the cockpit behind the custom hard dodger staying dry and comfortable.
The two primary electric winches make tacking and trimming as easy as pushing a button. When the breeze picks up the versatility of the staysail means that reducing sail
can be quick and painless with the added benefit of easier sail handling often without the need for winches at all.

The centerboard gives the added benefit of improved windward performance and stability; not to mention the ability to sneak into shallow protected anchorages (4ft) where others cannot.
Below deck the interior is spacious and functional with virtually unlimited storage room. While cruising we had an inflatable, 2 bikes, 2 SUP boards, 2 immersion suits, liferaft,
all of the tools, and had room to spare.

Broker's Comments
The S&S designed Tartan 37 is a classic in many ways.
They're nimble and very seaworthy as is proven by many ocean races and cruisers in the islands.  Well made and sturdy, they can take you far, and bring you back safely.
"Maggie" is ready for her new owners to take them over the horizon.  Her hard dodger and bimini will keep you dry, and her sails are set up for ease of handling.  Those electric primaries can make you lazy.  Her centerboard provides great sailing performance with the ability to tuck up in those skinny anchorages of the Bahamas.
Call to take a look at this boat that is a good value for such a classic.
