Not only are they well-built, but this particular boat is cleaner than a new one.
The Volvo diesel is smooth and very quiet, but very responsive. She jumps out of the hole. Surprising for a diesel, but that's due to the supercharger that starts up a lower RPM before the Turbo kicks in. The Volvo is also very miserly on fuel consumption. You'll cruise in the mid 20's and sip about 6 gal/hr.
This is a very nimble boat and handles very easily around the docks. The Dorado loves a chop. She handles it well. This is a great fishing boat - inshore or offshore.
You'll want to take her to the sandbar because of the attention and compliments she will get. Did I mention how clean she is?
