This Nordic Tug 37 is available with a flybridge and the convertible layout, which allows for a study. With a fuel-efficient Cummins electronically controlled diesel engine, she can reach speeds in excess of 15 knots, yet is economical enough to cruise over 1,000 nautical miles while burning less than 3 gallons per hour.
Designed by Lynn Senour, the originator of the Nordic Tug design, the 37 shares many of the features found in her larger and smaller siblings such as a large ship-style pilothouse, access to the deck from either side, hand-laid fiberglass hull with hard chine and full keel as well as the same attributes of speed and sea keeping qualities. The waterline length of the 37 is actually 39' 10" due to a molded-in swim step that is essentially an extension of the hull giving her greater speed, stability and fuel economy.
The Nordic Tug 37 has all of the qualities upon which Nordic Tug built their reputation: rugged craftsmanship, a quiet ride, reliable and fuel-efficient performance, with exceptional resale value. She features a semi-displacement hull with a full keel, hard chine, and fine entry bow; a combination that provides a quiet and stable ride. She boasts the famous Nordic Tug pilothouse with convenient 360 degree views and direct access to the deck from both sides. The beautiful salon is both practical and comfortable. Her thoughtful design and quality construction feels like home and is ideal for entertaining or extended cruising.

Why is the Cummins engine a QSB 5.9 - 380 HO 2017?
There was a sensor malfunction on the engine in 2016 with the boat and engine having approximately 700 hours.
Nortic Tug and Cummins paid for a 2016 long block to be installed in 2017.
The engine now has 600 hours with the boat having about 1300 overall.
There is extensive documentation available as well as a professional survey.
